Auspicious Spring Celebrations
Celebrate the Lunar New Year with auspicious set menus prepared by our award-winning culinary team under the helm of Chef de Cuisine Leong Chee Yeng of Jade restaurant. Savour traditional Chinese gourmet creations with authentic flavours in refined and creative presentations from 16 January to 6 February 2012.
Jade's a la carte highlights include:
- Eight Happiness Gold Rush Yu Sheng (八喜捞金大鱼生), a delectable creation with salmon, homemade Champagne Jelly which features edible gold leaves, olive oil and apple plum dressing (From S$78*).
- Eight Treasures Pen Cai ( 团圆聚宝盆), a sumptuous and lavish dish featuring 19 precious ingredients including succulent Six Head WholeAbalones, Fish Maw, Premium Sea Cucumbers, Dried Scallops, PorkTrotters, Dried Oysters, Black Moss, Flower Mushroom, Chicken Wing stuffed with Chinese Ham, Roasted Duck, Prawns, Fish Roll, Goose Web, Yam, Lotus Root, Chinese Cabbage, Carrot, Leek and Chestnuts (S$778* for 6 persons or S$1,288* for 10 persons; orders a day in advance are needed).
- Sautéed Boston Lobster with Chicken Floss in Spiced Fragrant Salt (香辣鸡松爆波龙), a luscious lobster dish that is deeply aromatic with a pleasing combination of spices such as Ginger Flower, Dried Chili and Curry Leaf (S$38* per portion).
- Jade Koi Nian Gao (玉楼如意年糕), a beautiful rice cake in the shape of a lively Koi Fish and in a brilliant orange hue to symbolize abundance and prosperity (S$38* for a 1kg Nian Gao).
Prices start from S$68* per person for an individually plated five-course menu, and S$78* per person for a minimum of four dining guests.
