Indulge in a creative medley of heavenly treats at The Courtyard’s Valentine’s Afternoon Tea. Specially handcrafted by The Fullerton Hotel’s Belgian Pastry Chef Chris Busschaert, The Courtyard’s classic three-tier Afternoon Tea stand will feature delectable savoury creations and pastries made from fresh juicy berries.
Highlights include Heart-Shaped Vanilla and Raisin Scones, Salmon Cream Brioche, Egg Salad and Tobiko Tartine, Duck Rillettes and Blueberry Crouton, Lobster Salad Cornetto, Strawberry Shortcake, and Red & Pink Choux de Paris.
These special treats are exclusively available from 11 – 14 February. The Courtyard’s Valentine’s Afternoon Tea is priced at S$46* per person with a selection of coffee and premium teas.
