Take the time to enjoy each other’s company over a luscious Chocolate Buffet on the evening of Valentine’s Day. The Fullerton Hotel’s renowned chocolate buffet will feature exquisite romance-themed creations for the occasion. Specially crafted creations include a Pink Chocolate Fountain, Dark Chocolate Rose Mousse Cake, Romeo & Juliet Tiramisu, Red & Pink Choux de Paris, and Heart-shaped Pralines.
In addition, choose from eight different percentages of cocoa at the Hot Chocolate Connoisseurs’ Bar where our chef will create a bespoke cup of premium hot chocolate a la minute. The Courtyard’s Valentine’s Chocolate Buffet is priced at S$42* per person.
